Refund policy

TinyFox operates on a print-on-demand (POD) model. Every product is printed individually after an order is placed. Because of this customized nature, we follow a strict and transparent policy to ensure fairness to both the customer and the brand.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns for Size, Fit, or Preference

TinyFox does not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Fit or comfort preferences

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Color preference or design expectation differences

  • Ordering the wrong product or variant

All products include detailed size charts on the product page. Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before checkout.

Once an order is placed and sent for printing, it cannot be returned or exchanged for size or preference-related reasons.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement Only

Replacements are allowed only in genuine cases, where the product received is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective due to a manufacturing error

  • Incorrect, meaning:

    • Wrong product received

    • Wrong design printed

No other scenarios qualify for replacement.

3. Mandatory Proof Requirements (Strict)

To request a replacement, the customer must provide:

  1. A clear unboxing video, recorded from start to finish, showing:

    • The sealed outer package

    • The shipping label is clearly visible

    • The product is being opened

    • The issue is visible on the product

  2. The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Important:

  • Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

  • Edited, cut, blurred, or partial videos are not accepted.

  • Images alone are not sufficient proof.

This requirement exists due to the nature of POD manufacturing and to prevent misuse.

4. Replacement Approval Process

  • Once a request is received, TinyFox will review the claim.

  • If approved, a replacement of the same product will be issued.

  • Replacement timelines depend on re-printing and shipping and may take 5–9 business days after approval.

TinyFox reserves the right to:

  • Reject claims that do not meet policy conditions

  • Request additional information if required

  • Decline repeated or suspicious claims from the same customer

5. Refunds (Limited & Conditional)

Refunds are not the default resolution.

A refund will be issued only if:

  • A replacement is approved but cannot be fulfilled, or

  • The issue is verified and deemed unresolvable by replacement

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Non-Eligible Cases (No Replacement / No Refund)

The following are not considered defects and do not qualify:

  • Slight color differences due to screen or lighting variations

  • Minor print placement variation (within industry tolerance)

  • Texture or feel differences due to fabric batches

  • Normal wear and tear after use

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to misuse

7. Refused or Undelivered Orders

If an order is:

  • Refused at delivery, or

  • Returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or customer non-response

The order is not eligible for refund or replacement, as the product is custom-printed and cannot be resold.

8. Final Authority

All decisions regarding replacements and refunds are made at the sole discretion of TinyFox, based on this policy.

By placing an order on TinyFox, the customer explicitly agrees to this Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
